One of the best company I ever worked for. It is a pretty routine job as you only have a couple of routes but the strength lies in the people you work with and the one that leads you. It is more of a family than coworker. The life style is a very good balanced to have a personal and a family life aside. The salary is decent for the industry

Management don't care less, talking about cabin crew managers. They are not supportive and dont listen to any concerns whatsoever. Worst company ever.

Amazing airline.

The best experience of my life working here. I thoroughly enjoyed the routes, company polices and overall the airline is well managed and a very fast paced fun environment to work in

Review senior mgt on ground

Great for Salary and people are lovely Great for roster stability Great meals and allowances Base management terrible not helpful and do not help and support staff in difficult circumstances - power hungry women in office who can get rid of staff without fair trial and favouritism with certain staff members and management who have never flown in office or flown for couple years only Slow career progression onboard - encourage snake mentality within the London base be careful who you trust within management

Good salary for the industry in the UK

Great customer service culture that owes us great results in customer satisfaction surveys... Always innovative... Don't expect much recognition from management, be self motivate and you'll be fine. The best reward in the job is to see customers genuinely appreciate our hospitality.

Great company and love it there

I love working for QANTAS. The staff are like family and you spend a lot of time with them when you are not sleeping as this job is tiring. Long haul flight but very rewarding. Working in a diverse environment and seeing the world. Whats there not to like.

• Crew management, performance reviews and running of daily team operation meetings • Operations; accountability for flight and on time performance reporting and ‘precision timing’ management • Prepared reports and presented to management team; CEO, chief pilot and crew manager • Customer relations, service recovery and VIP liaisons • Customer service following service signatures and adhering to service standards • Public speaking, crowd control, emergency training and first aid management

International Airline Base

A great organisation to work for, but as a small base far from home so the opportunities to progress are very limited. Sometimes support does lack from the Head Offices in Sydney, but it is a great place to get involved. Lots of changes on a consistent basis so its hard to get comfortable if you’re not open to change, but on the plus side the organisation is always looking at ways to make improvements.
