Terrible company. Avoid at all costd
I started work as a n engineer on a Monday. I showed up and did everything they wanted. I was reading into the job when I got called out of the office and marched off site. Disgraceful behavior. I have never experienced anything like it in 30 years. Utterly appalled. They didn’t even pay me for my time.

Fantastic company
I've worked for qinetiq for two years now and have only had positive experiences. Mostly remote work which is fantastic! The work is interesting and the people you work with are all intelligent and easy to deal with (may vary team to team)

Good place to work
Good level of flexibility in working hours and variety within the work itself, good culture at the lower levels. This is not reflected at the senior levels.
A title that doesn't reflect my pay in Boscombe Down

Simply awful
This place is a joke, a retirement home for managers that couldn't find a proper job. Totally out of their depth. The CEO needs to get to grips with the inept managers. Too many broken promises of golden years ahead.
