Working in any care setting is challenging and stressful. Quarriers can be enjoyable and the service users are fantastic. It takes a certain person to work in this sector and do it right and enjoy it. Quarriers is not the best but they do have their pros.

Better management

I stayed here for the service users. No supportive management, very negative towards staff. High staff turnover because staffs mental health suffers due to staff numbers and no work life balance. Definitely needs a shape up.

Brilliant place to work

Lovely staff and residents, great training opportunities and supportive management team. No two days are ever the same. The pay could be much better.
