Good Agency when they offer work

This company pays really well however in about 2 months i have only been given 2 shifts, whenever i call up asking for more shifts they say that they will call back which they never do which is really frustrating because the 2 shifts i have done i have enjoyed.

Hard work, driving unloading heavy things. Compression by manipulation, verbal aggression to drive faster. Decide they are not happy about something and delayed salary or non-payment for work performed. I had a minor traffic accident under the influence of their pressure. They stopped calling me for work.
