This company pays really well however in about 2 months i have only been given 2 shifts, whenever i call up asking for more shifts they say that they will call back which they never do which is really frustrating because the 2 shifts i have done i have enjoyed.

Treat staff bad

Treat staff bad, long hours and not enough reward for the hard work that is put into the job role loads of tension in the work environment, awful staff turn over.

I don't think it's my job

Harm to the physical and mental condition of a person. (Current Employee) - London - 6 August 2020

Hard work, driving unloading heavy things. Compression by manipulation, verbal aggression to drive faster. Decide they are not happy about something and delayed salary or non-payment for work performed. I had a minor traffic accident under the influence of their pressure. They stopped calling me for work. I'm worried about what recommendations these people would give me. They look insidious to me, but of course I could be wrong. This is my experience through my eyes. Success of the new workers

tough place to get on

you really have to be taken in by the team to be able to work here if you dont get on with a few of the employees they make it very uncomfortable to stay
