nice place to work
within the obvious paramaters of teleshopping, there is a lot of autonomy in production side of things.lots of room to move if you are prepared to work hard

Team leaders can do as they want
Depends on who's team you are on some teams unless your friends with your team leader you will constantly be flagged for things even when you follow the correct proses and will find it next to impossible to even be able to talk to another member of management about the situation to even get them to look at it
Customer Care Representative in Liverpool

A great place to work
The pay is slightly under what I would hope for but it really is a great place to work. I can't fault how supportive the management are. It feels more like going to see your friends for a few hours a day than going to work.

Worst job I have ever had
Long hours, unprofessional the company will do anything to not pay you or take it out your wagesAvoid at all costs or it will drain the life out of if you have no other choice to work there

Management are lovely
Management are lovely and cannot do enoughTo help you. Shift 2 leaders (after 5pm ) are easier to get on with than day time team leaders there more approachable.Working life balance isn’t the best as options to swap shifts aren’t easy especially if you have kids Sick days and time off for emergency management are supportive. Qvc have made a rod for there back with customers as they expect to much now older customers know how to get what they want Qvc are soft with them.
