No one gets sick days but there's a policy around expectation and days that's acceptable - if you are genuinely sick then you will be supported

Every one you have to pay for and very confusing site, you have to nominate them 2 weeks after you start which no one tells you about so you can’t use them untill the next year

It is in line with other organisations and has a paid 39 day policy
