Apply via the website. Initial meeting with an HR Consultant and then onto the Hiring Manager for a face to face interview.

Detailed and thorough

It depends on what department you are in and to some extent your age.
If you work in an engineering role you are pretty much stuffed for further advancement.
However if you are in a low paid position you can work hard and get another low paid position. To increase your salary if that is your motivation, you will most likely need to get in as much training as you can and move to another company.

As a contractor I only had one interview with two people one of which was my team leader when I joined

None required full traing was provided when i worked for them

No more than 5 working days.

No training to start, you are sent on 2 full day courses when they become available in your area even if you’ve been in the company for over 6 months.
