Poor organisation in regards to staff
Ridiculously understaffed in the office and on the roadside so when it starts to get busy there are people that are waiting at the roadside for 3/4 hours and in many cases longer. This then results in you receiving constant abuse from customers. The phone does not stop ringing so be prepared to answer call after call constantly. You would think such a well known company would have enough roadside technicians and call centre staff, but it’s is so understaffed it makes the job unbearable. The managers do their best but the company need to seriously take a look at their average breakdown volumes compared with office/roadside staff because as I mentioned above it is really is unprofessional and laughable for such a big well known company can’t even get something so basic such as the number of staff right.

Screwed over! Terrible experience
FTC employee after being taken on from a temp with an agency. Sold as you will get a perm position if you pass the 3mnth temp period. 5-6mnths later laying all non perm staff off during Coronavirus period despite exemplary work rate, stats&reliability. Despite Government option to furlough staff, still layed off with the promise of contacting you when pandemic is over. Terrible atmosphere & obvious divide between long-term staff & NEW starters. NEVER AGAIN! Boring work, abuse from customers non stop. AVOID
