My Time at RAC
A typical day in work would be speaking to customers regarding their currently policies, problem solving, renewing policies and upgrading them too. There were times where you might have more of an onscure call but many of the calls were simular. I was able to re-engage in my fantastic customer service and communication skills but I learned a lot too. Through working at RAC I have gained great confindence in objection handling and and mediating with irrate and upset customers too. I was lucky to have a great management team who always did what they could to encourage and praise us when we did well. I found all my piers to be very supportive from the training team to my fellow agents, always willing to help when I was stuggling. I had a great team who always looked out for each other and support when needed too. The hardest part of my job was keeping my cool when i have customers being rude to me or being abusive what i enjoyed the most was building rapor and having banter with my customers and of course making money!
Great Bonus Structure, good management and team.
Abusive customers, system issues, other agents not following proceedures.
