Indifference. Turning up and making absolutely no difference.
The overwhelming feeling I had when going to work every day was one of dread. This is honestly the worst company I have worked for. They do not look after their employees (which became especially obvious during the COVID-19 pandemic), which can be evidenced by incredibly high staff turnover.
The most insecure job you could ever imagine, staff came and went on a daily basis some only lasted a few hours.
Dreaded walking through the building, hated waking up knowing where i was going
