We offer a variety of training including on the job training specific to your role and classroom based training sessions on topics like Interviewing Skills and Excel Skills. For our more experienced employees we provide courses to prepare them for management and we run a Leadership Development Programme. This is just a few examples of the training that we provide.
Yes, Radius provide ‘a variety of training’ (which, in reality, is just sitting in a meeting room for a couple of hours while another member of staff gives a presentation), however you will almost never be able to attend the sessions because your workload is so intense.
As for the ‘Leadership Development Programme’, this is offered to anyone who is part of the Radius clique. If your face doesn’t fit then you will not be considered, and as the only route for progression within Radius is management you will be sat stagnating in the same dead end job indefinitely if you are not one of these lucky few.
