Technician (Former Employee) - Telford, Shropshire - 30 June 2022
If you care for your wellbeing don't work here the culture of the workplace is terrible backstabbing, threatening behaviour, health and safety issues and the management are fully aware but decide it will not change and let the workers do what they want word of warning be prepared for a very stressful and very unfriendly time

Happy workplace
Cleaner/technicians assistant (Former Employee) - Poringland - 19 May 2022
I loved my time at rainbow and enjoyed every aspect of my role, the boss and staff were all lovely and very understanding if you have any problems. My only reason for leaving was because the pay rate was too low and I was struggling to keep up with my own living expenses. I highly recommend rainbow international as a good company to work for but could do with upping the hourly wage/salery

Great place to work
Drivers Mate (Former Employee) - Rugby - 17 May 2022
I worked here temporarily through an agency however I really enjoyed it. The staff were a great laugh and if you can take banter and are thick skinned you’ll fit right in here. The only difficult part was heavy lifting and the balance between job/work life was fantastic I got weekends off and only worked until 17:00 at the latest
Pros
Great laugh, good pay, easy work, good pay
Cons
I can’t think of any

Franchise was run by male chauvanists
Administation Assistant (Former Employee) - Barnet, Greater London - 24 February 2020
The two managers I worked for were rude to females, sexist, and had inappropriate discussions in front of staff. They were also lazy. They expected everyone to work hard whilst they relaxed. Thy did not give their drivers any break time between drop offs, no tea breaks, no toilet breaks or even lunch. I got out of there as soon as I could. Horrible people.

Started as an Administrator and ended as an Ops Manager
Operations Manager (Former Employee) - Wiltshire - 15 May 2019
A really good place to work with the opportunity for training and personal growth. Another 24/7 role but this time dealing with fires and floods in people's homes or businesses working in conjunction with insurance companies. We were responsible for restoring both buildings and contents. Very satisfying and diverse

Key Personnel ( poor company )
Data Entry Administration (Former Employee) - Mansfield, Nottinghamshire - 7 August 2018
The work is poor and not guaranteed many hours of work or to many lies and hopes are giving prior interviews to find out they only want someone for few hours or for few days to fill in gaps of absence of someone working permanently. There is not temp to perm either regardless what they advertise like all agencies there all scammers and only in for the money for themselves. rainbow international company I worked for for the amount of pay for rubbish work given really wasn't worth the time and effort putting the work in and your being undermined all the time someone is going thought all your work and undoing what has been done.
Pros
9- to 5 shift hours
Cons
everything its just rubbish, poor management and no work after laid of from one company, they need to keep there staff in work all the time not waste there time.
