You apply, then they take around a month or so for a screening phone call. Past this stage if successful you are invited to an assessment centre comprising of group tasks and an interview. I travelled 4 days for this and the whole process from application to attending the assessment centre took around 3 months. I didn't get the impression that the office was very friendly. Despite my best efforts through numerous emails over a 5 month period and although promised, I still have not received a response from the assessment centre. Through a separate recruitment process at Ramboll, a colleague of mine had a similar experience. Overall, I would suggest investing your efforts into applying elsewhere.
