This place from the start stated there would be a number of months work when , in fact it was far less then what I was , told terrible management and your pay was always late , if you thinking of joining this agency steer well clear they will drop you in a second 👌
None at all false
There full time means couple of days work
I have found my time as a Labourer at Randstad UK as a good time to hone my work skills but it's not as shinefull as it seems, you have a permanent job but from time to time there's problems with the payroll agency wich will mess up and you end up getting paid later on but overall a fun place .Again if they would provide PPE for every person they have there for more than 6 months would be a bonus, and salary raises from time to time.Depending where you work you might even get 7 days a week.Definitevly recommend if you want something stable and secure. Pro tip : Give it your all when you work don't do it half-assed,and make sure you don't choose short term jobs.Be responsible have a good work ethic and have fun.
Working for catterpiller was a good job with good work and home life balance the pay is at a good rate and the job over all is good. The only problem is the agency as they tend to mess you around a lot and it’s because of that I would not recommend working for them at all. They refused to pay bonus witch we were entitled to instead they pocketed it for them self untill getting caught they mess there employees about chenging the jobs you applied for to what they want you to do and they change the times you work aswell without consulting yourself
Nice working for Ranstad good pay and good balance of work and pay and they are always asking if you need work. The system which Ranstad works is good because it allows memto work when it suits me However i dont feel my strength is in the roles they reuquire.
Not my type of job
out of all the agents you can work for they are in my personal experience are the best they are very quick to find work for you and by the time you finished with one contract BOOM they got you another one
great way the network if you looking to get you foot in the door in any kind of work
you don't really have a per job
Okay for temporary work. Umbrella corperation paye so not best for long term work unless you like losing out on £40 a week in N.I levy. These are tax evasion repayments that the workers (us) have to front out of our wages, as well as Randstad’s charge and our tax and N.I payments. They are very good at getting work available though, can’t fault Randstad for that.
Quick work, good management
Poor pay options
I have worked safely around people & equipment, and practice these principle's any time when the work/environment is dangerous. I follow safety guidelines when the practice calls for such training and safety procedures.Good, hard, honest work. Good pay. Taught me a lot about building houses. Worked in all weather conditions
Safety orientated, great coworker
don't know now
This was only temporary before I started the Electrician's apprentice role but my duties there was maintaining the building sited, keeping toilets and cantine areas tidy and clean at all times, digging and applying protection on all the interior appliances etc
