Rewarding Environment

Unprofessional company
Unprofessional company. Struggled to pay staff and bills. Senior management very unprofessional. No support. Lack of training of apprentices. Putting themout on the road before they are ready and putting clinicians at risk.Paramedic in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire

always personally supportive and professionally encourging.
I love working for Rapid Response, the management are supportive regarding professional development and encouraging
and helpful with personal concerns.
All my fellow colleagues are supportive, hard working and fun. The hardest part of the job is the long hours, but you can get through anything as long as you have a good crew mate.and lots of coffee. What would you say about your employer?
