Unprofessional company

Inexperienced, disillusioned management

I worked a handful of shifts with this company, they offered a very competitive pay rate and also clearly invested alot in equipment. I love working for Rapid Response, the management are supportive regarding professional development and encouraging and helpful with personal concerns. All my fellow colleagues are supportive, hard working and fun. The hardest part of the job is the long hours, but you can get through anything as long as you have a good crew mate.and lots of coffee.
