Reviews for Real Estate Agent at RE/MAX
Upfront costs
Estate Agent (Former Employee) - United Kingdom - 9 June 2023
£250 Upfront costs. They get in touch with you very quickly and the approach is outstanding. However most companies they have training and upfront costs and if you want more you will have to pay problably more. But overall is a good fit for a bigger.

Excellent to be independent work from home
RE/MAX Real Estate Agent (Current Employee) - Remote - 5 June 2023
Needs skills to learn about sales, software, build network and can be difficult to do so without knowledge . A week training in Wolverhampton which was difficult and expensive to travel to each day. Hotel not close to train station. Would be good to have online only training or close by with groups.
Pros
Needs in my opinion pre skills which can be used to build business
Cons
No pre skills and no money no sales as no basic salary

Productive, motivated.
Estate Agent (Former Employee) - Putney Heath - 8 December 2017
I learnt how to communicate with clients to market properties in the most appropriate manner to maximise the selling value and satisfy their needs. Going on viewings was the best part and the worst part was that some of my free time would be used to go on viewings.
Pros
More confidence and knowledge
Cons
Long hours.
