Easy life - just don’t upset the boss!
PCV Driver (Current Employee) - Aylesbury - 26 August 2020
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedThe job itself is easy and stress free, not the usual stresses as from a big company. Same route each duty so no changing buses throughout the day. Hours to suit. The boss is fair and loyal as long as you are the same in return. Days off negotiable at short notice. Hourly pay is average for the area but should be a lot higher for the responsibility of the job.
Pros
Stress free work environment
Cons
Lack of company structure
