Great company to work for
I have been employed by Redline now for over 3 years as a Consultant working in various teams and have enjoyed every day! They offer great training, not just for new starters but also for experienced recruiters as they like to better their staff in every way. They make work as fun as possible with regular fun days, trips and quarterly meals. In all Redline is a great company to work for and I would highly recommend getting in touch and finding out more about an opportunity.

A hard working & rewarding environment
A positive place to work with a good bunch of highly knowledgeable people. Recruitment can be tough at times and is a fairly unique career with its own challenges, but the training provided at Redline is good and the management are supportive. It is not a management by numbers culture, but one that looks into the value and effort of your work. People are given the chance to show what they are capable of even it if doesn't go well right away! If you show the right work ethic and desire to do well and improve you will be given the support and training to be what you want to be ...

Professional, honest and good fun
Redline are a professional, honest and fun loving company. As a successful business they are always looking to invest in their employees offering career development, qualification support and an in-depth training scheme. Redline work hard and play hard with all expenses paid trips, nights out and fun Fridays. The support they offer employees in all aspects both in work and outside is excellent and really helps achieve that all important work life balance. The job itself is hard; long hours, technology market, dealing with people but Redline are with you every step of the way, aiming to make you as successful as possible. Career progression is something that Redline encourages, with our staff retention high and most employees having been here 5 years+, the opportunities are fantastic. All in all a great company to work for!
