Other people had good experience but I didn't. I had depression during my probation period which affected my behaviour, but the management didn't understand this and the simple mistakes I made in spelling for example were used against me as proof of lack of attention to details. I was stressed and trying to do my best, but the manager didn't see this. I know someone she was 10 minutes late in the morning. Someone sit close to her cheated on her and told her manager about the 10 minutes late. People gossip about each other. It felt like we are kids in school or even worse.
Pros
Restaurant on site. Two volunteering days, social events
Cons
Old mentality, people gossip about each other, they cheat on each other like kids. No understanding or support for mental health
Productive, fun, and hard working workplace. SQL is a really useful skill to have. Excel and general MS Office skills are also useful. A bit far for me to travel to work. They do not like Work From Home so much.
A Productive and competitive workplace to work in. You need to hit the ground running. One needs to be adaptable to change. Good research skills required to learn how to use new tools for analysis. SQL is very sort after.

Terrible management, lack of competence and high in arrogance. Too much politics and employee are not valued. Salary reviews only if you have a good manager, but I have nerver heard of anyone getting one.
Worked at the East Grinstead office for 7 months in 2005.
Good company to work for.
I only left as TGP offered a substantially higher salary.
Good camaraderie.
Still friends with employees to this day

● Promote and support the agile framework in multiple Squads across CSG and helped them understand scrum and created an environment that supports scrum as part of the agile transformation journey initiated by the department.
● Manage the sprint backlog, blockers and facilitate meetings to plan the work with the team and break down that work to deliver the most effective learning
● Manage releases of enhancements and bug fixes through development, support lifecycle and release execution for the IAM squad and insure that they are able to deliver frequently throughout the sprint allowing the sprint review to review real customer usage and feedback.
● Help the product owner define value, the development team deliver the value, and the scrum team to get better.
● Help the product owner and the development team better understand and communicate value
● Help the team to be able to self-organize, focus on outcomes and get to a “done increment,”
● Help the product owner in sprint planning and sprint reviews ensuring that value is clearly being described and help set a direction to a successful sprint.
● Help the development team to conduct daily stand up and ensure the work is happening and that the blockers are being removed.
● Ensure every opportunity to improve is being made transparent to the scrum team and that the retrospective has a clear set of outcomes which can be executed on.
Good work life balance, i was based in sutton which is abit remote. The technology is exciting but in a old fashioned way of working. Agile is being implemented but is in the infant phase.

Is Indeed your favorite place to learn about companies?
Very easy going and great place to work. The hours are very flexible and you can work the works to fit your schedule and the work is very easy to pick up.
Lots of snitches is correct ok if you like Being stuck behind a computer All day very long probation .
A lot of Managers and lots of meetings!.
High turnover of staff also.
Do not underestimate the job role.
Pros
Some nice people, benefits
Cons
Office environment.
Liaise with external client base to collate and validate Reed Business Information data records.
Data entry to enhance ‘internal’ central depository system for existing client base.

learnt a lot while at this temporary position, but there was a miscommunication about the length of the temp work. over all the office environment was nice and friendly
Unnecessarily tight deadlines, endless reports/work plans
Different business segments, so there is an opportunity of career progression
Line managers manage their workers through spreadsheets, reports and daily meetings. Micro management culture, no sign of emotional intelligence
Ready to invest in employees' training
Work culture ok, but a lot of snitches at work
Pros
Central location, employees training, international travelling
Cons
Long hours, unnecessarily tight deadlines
Due to the longevity of staff it is difficult to progress your career. Hardest part of the job is liaising with other departments in other locations and getting issues to be progressed.
Not a bad company to work for, they try hard to move with the times but often get stuck in the old ways of doing things.
Good company and nice friendly staff. Very finance driven so it appears they are short on cash, it seems any part of the business are for sale at any time.
Innovative in IT due to cash and well run because of it. Good management team
Pros
Well run
Cons
Limited funds
Working within a Sales department I can honestly say no 2 days were the same. It was a pleasure to be a part of an amazing team. Hard working, loyal and fun is only a fraction of my experience working with Sales guys.
Pros
Incentives, nights out, competitiveness, hard work
Cons
Office politics
Generous holiday entitlement. HQ centric, so remote workers may feel isolated from the corporate culture which is focused around their Sutton offices.
Benefits are great, and the employees are welcoming and really nice to partner with. Fab company that is progressing in the right direction. Will work for them again in the future (as I was on a mat cover).
