Reef pays good but the work is really stressful and not good for mental health. Management treats their field employees as slaves while the managers doesn't want stress.

Worst place to work!!!

Worked here for about 8 months, been downhill ever since. The managment doesn't care about staff, feel discrimination as i am a single parent and can't do certain hours as a result i only get a 6 hour shift a week.The pay is great but definitely not worth it. The managers are always playing the blame game, never take responsibility for their mistakes, instead finds staff members to blame. The training is basically learn on your own and work on your own the whole day. They do not support or appreciate their staff.


Free food, pay.

Not too bad. Management was okay. Alway has problems with pay fortnight pay. Good colleagues. Working from home is great. Good pay but management is not too helpful and

The worst company i have worked for.

The worst company I have worked for. Working life balance is near minimal. The Staff employed are all under the age of 18 and inexperienced. Constantly not turning up to work, leaving the kitchen brigade struggling and stressed. on occasion 2 staff working in a busy kitchen were 7/8 staff is required, even worse when those 2 members of staff have to close the kitchen beyond 2/3am, not getting home until 4am.Management are all headless chickens. Basically winging it, they talk to people as they are disposable with utter insolence.This company is not even worth investing your time, let alone giving your skill set to.


Zero hour contract. hire inexperienced staff. unsocial working hours. Useless managment.

Early days but the culture is "work 24/7"

I've been here less than a month but have thought about leaving every day. The job is super interesting and I align with the mission 100%. However, 10-hour days are the norm, often 12 hours. I feel wrecked already.

Not a fun place to work

Long hours poor pay no life I was always in a bad mood they hire people with no experience they make you do a 2 or 3 mans job half of the things there don’t work fridge and freezers had like 15 managers no one of them knew what they were doing lack of communication was a factor there they all run around in circles like headless chickensIf you love food or have a passion for the kitchen stay away from this company
