At one time very proud but having seen how Managers behave and treat staff, not anymore. There are clear 'clicks' Managers have favourites. Other companies don't see Regenda as a professional company, Managers get staff to do their work and have no pride I doing so. Abhorrent lack of respect

Answered 23 September 2018More Formal discipline from the top down. An example needs to be made and procedures need to change so staff can be disciplined easier and loose vehicle to take home if not performing at work. All phones banned in the working day.

Answered 23 September 2018Shambles, I got sent an email telling me the names of the two people who would be interviewing and it was two different people, one had only been there 2 days. The email also asked me to research the company as I would be asked questions around it. They didn’t ask one question about What I knew about Regenda, they just told me about it.
