A complete overhaul. The at depot managers are weak and have no management skills. The owners are utter rubbish when it comes to employee value and don’t know how to train anyone.The drivers we have taken on recently are terrible, they are blanket employing to fill gaps then wonder why concessions are high and times are through the roof and that we are the laughing stock f the depot.Asked 15 September 2019
