Answered by Resolvecall16 August 2017Really efficient. I was contacted by the HR team to attend an interview, 3 days later I had my interview. The whole process was really fast and professional. I was informed I was successful the following week and commenced my employment one month later as I had to give notice to my then current employer.
Answered by Resolvecall16 August 2017You get access to Perkbox and the company give you Platinum access this. Ive used it before and got 20% off travel by Virgin Trains to London and I know theres loads more. To be honest I should be using it more but I am about to sign up today for free mobile phone insurance too through it. Not obviously a discount but the incentives from BIT for Field agents are constant and they are always running competitions etc.. its hard work but a good laugh
Answered 2 November 2018Very good and it is a Company that I could work with
Answered 28 January 2020For Field Agents the shift pattern is Week 1 - Monday to Friday 8am til 4:30pm Week 2 - Monday to Friday 11:30 - 8pm and Saturday 9am -1pm. **Perk of the job** as a field agent, you leave your house at your start time and arrive home at your finish time! No travel within your own hours, its all done on the company's time. So even if you are working outwith your local area which will obviously be expected from time to time, you don't need to start early and arrive home late :)
