if successful you will be invited to attend interview which consisted of the hiring manager asking me to talk through my CV and asked me questions related to the role along with competency bases questions.
you will be informed if successful for the role and start as soon as possible.
After you apply you will be emailed with forms to fill out to let them decide if you are eligible for interview stage. If you are, you will do a video call interview and they give you loads of info about the role. From there, an offer of employment is given and they need to do background checks on you. Then they arrange your training.

As far as I know Resolvecall usually advertise only through Indeed. They are quick to respond to any successful candidates and you receive an email from the Recruitment Training Manager inviting you to attend a skype interview as their head office is in Glasgow. If you are successful at interview stage you get pre employment forms sent to you and you need to fill these out and return them. They then let you know if you are eligible to work for the company and follow up with a contract of employment - for me it was a quick process.
I went to training in Glasgow, all expenses paid and met another 10 brand new Field Agents, we had a blast. The training was hard work but we had the evenings to ourselves and I made some brilliant friends who I keep in touch with still.
All in all, although the skype interview was a bit different to what I was used to - it was a good experience!
