If you are working at Resolvecall.. the one thing I would say is that you need to pull your weight. The managers are great, the company is fair and honest, but you need to work hard. The business isn't the biggest ive worked in, in fact its fairly small so you need to put in the hard work and effort... you need to want to make a difference. if you do, you'll progress and be recognised. for field agents the managers in BIT are the best ive ever worked for, you help them and they will help you. you need to be ok with working solo but they are always checking in over phonecalls or sending funny emails etc, if you get involved personally anyway I think its brilliant
