Making people redundant as they lost their best customer. Process was rushed and people were forced to go and find another place to work. Glad to have left

Poor and unprofessional management
I left Restons in February 2019 and I found the company unpleasant to work for. They have no empathy, understanding or compassion whatsoever for their customers. The coaches/trainers are incredibly unprofessional and juvenile. Trainers referred to customers as ‘numpties’, ‘idiots’ and worse. Trainers are patronising and at times aggressive towards trainees. Coaches stand around laughing and joking having inappropriate conversations about things such as their personal’lives whilst staff are right next to them on the phone talking to customers.

Great place to work if you are willing to put in the effort
the debt industry is a fast pased and ever changing one. Restons will invest in anyone who is willing to put the work in. I left after a year to spend time with family in China, but handing in my notice was a hard thing to do. I would love to go back if a position opens up again as management are really supportive, the hours were ideal and the perks were also fantastic.

Awful company to work for
During training, you are treated like a child. The trainers are knowledgeable about the job, but no management or personnel skills at all I witnessed trainers set out to upset, bully and make trainees cry during call training. The overall atmosphere is negative

Unprofessional
Unprofessional who are all about money, serious lack of training and felt scared to ask for help. Lack of professionalism and no morals what so ever not what a Solicitors firm should be about
