The training content was actually good, but the skills and attitude of the trainers are appalling. They’re not actually professional trainers. They’re just case managers who did well on the phone and got promoted. They don’t understand that people have different learning styles and development arcs. They would spend hours providing a lot of information which is totally new to the trainees and then expect them to be able to instantly recall every scrap of information they’d been given for the last 2 hours.
