We have the largest pool of multi skilled retail trained staff, circa 3500, located throughout the UK and Ireland and a fleet of over 70 mini buses delivering count teams to site which enables us a greater consistency in personnel and performance.

When I started I didn’t get an normal interview , was a bunch of people dumped in a room and had a introduction. After that you get your shifts for which shops you’ll go to and your basically left to it. No manager or head of department.
Management not interested in anything going on as long as numbers are hit. No real option for pay-rise. No bonuses. No benefits. No interest in the people working for them. They pay mileage if you are a mobile auditor, but only the minimum amount they can get away with.
Staff/ other employees are easy to talk to. Music is almost always on in the store so it keeps you motivated. Decent length of breaks. Just about minimum wage. Most shifts take place during unsociable hours but this is not reflected in the pay. This means the pay is the same for day and night shifts - not sustainable. Good role for students and those looking to keep busy.
Struggling to find anything positive to say about this company other than some of the people I worked with were friendly and helpful. Often travel times to and from site could be 4 or 5 hours which would be unpaid.
Management don’t care they make it hard to progress and you don’t get paid how you should do you get paid by the first scanning time to the last scanning time and they don’t tell you that in the interview. They should be paying from the time you get on site to the time you leave site
