Multi-drop delivery driver (Former Employee) - Sherburn in Elmet - 9 August 2022
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedOverall Reynolds were a great company to work for the pay was fair and the multi dropping weren’t too bad either aslong as you don’t mind city centre delivering. Management will listen to you and you normally know where you are headed the day before. The one draw back is the getting up job advertised as 4:00am start but you need to be leaving the yard at this time so it’s more of a 2:00am start If you work hard you get done early you go home 👍

Not a great place too work
HGV Class 2 Driver (Multi Drop) (Former Employee) - Waltham Cross - 14 March 2022
Management are terrible and give all the new drivers too much work load. Plus your sent out not knowing the route or area. It's kinda like the management can't keep upto what the owner is trying too do which is make it seem like a family unit. But managers don't care how much your work load is as long as the deliveries are made........ I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone......

Management couldn't run a bath
Class II Driver (Former Employee) - Bardon, Leicestershire - 14 June 2021
Drivers & warehouse staff all good colleagues, but management pressure you too much because they can't keep drivers you have to do more than your contracted hours & illegally working tacho breaks, Would definitely not recommend this as a good place to work
Pros
Workmates
Cons
Having to work shift with no legal tacho breaks

Good team very enjoyable to place to work.
Delivery Driver (Former Employee) - Waltham Cross - 10 December 2020
Enjoyed my time at Reynolds, only left 'cos I moved further away from depot. Some long hours on the road, but that's the same on any multi-drop job in and around London. Management were good, and helped alot. I went through some really difficult times (personally) and they couldn't have done more for me.
Pros
Good colleagues great team. Tony Reynolds very accessible always happy to chat, dont talk about football esp spurs, you'll never get away.
Cons
Early starts, 3.00am mostly.

Productive and good workplace .
Class 1 Driver (Current Employee) - Waltham Cross - 17 November 2020
I have been working for Reynolds since 2014 and I realised that many of my colleagues are there for more than 10 years. Working in a good environment , having respect for all , finding someone to help you when you need, well this is Reynolds. I am glad to be part of this company.

poorly run
Finance (Current Employee) - Waltham Cross, Essex - 3 July 2020
company only exists to fund the owners lifestyles and the image they like to present. My manager was out of date with the job and how to treat people in the modern world, No flexibility or allowance for anything.
lots of 'jobs for the boys' and nepotism going around
Pros
not much
Cons
terrible location for commuting

Bad place to go
Delivery Driver (Former Employee) - Bristol, Bristol - 11 February 2020
Bone breaking job.
Imagine that you have to load and unload 6-7 pallets every day(liquids, potatoes and every heavy thing you can think of) delivered with a hand trolley by yourself, usually no help, it doesn't matter what floor. Some people had to go to the doctor because of back pain.
3 AM starts till finish, in good days could be 10-12 (very few), and in bad days (plenty)14-17pm.
No overtime payments

Poor senior management
Various Positions (Former Employee) - Waltham Cross - 6 November 2019
Higher management not good at all and some of them had no skills. Lot of brown noses, back stabbing and little clicks. Not sure 100% but some partner cheating going on.
Had a lot of good times there but it's run by incompetent staff at all levels in various departments.
If your face fits and you are a YES man then it's the place for you. If my old boss were to leave then he would struggle to find employment. No skills.

Avoid at all costs
Warehouse Operative (Current Employee) - Waltham Cross - 3 September 2019
Management doing nothing won't deal with a conflicts unless they affect their own holidays lack of people management and organisation your expected to work unsociable hours but are not paid the going rate you'll constantly be asked to break the health and safety act and quality of the fresh food products dealt with are no where near fresh really poor operation working with substandard equipment

Worst managed place to work!!
Multi Drop Van Driver (Former Employee) - Waltham Cross - 28 August 2019
The transport office is so badly run they couldn't organise a drunken night in a brewery, there is no communication between any of them, they constantly change your shift time and dont bother telling you until you arrive to work so they expect you to wait around for hours, they send you out with people who have no clue what they are doing. Terrible .

Class 2
LGV Driver (Former Employee) - Eastleigh - 19 June 2019
Management a absolute joke shout and ball at drivers if they dont get there own way.
Favourite drivers get easy rounds so they can go home early. If you face fits you will be fine if not look out
