Poor pay, no longevity

Good work life balance. Regional manager is supportive but even he has limitations set by higher ups. Poor IT infrastructure. Salary is not sustainable/long term. Cost of living has gone up, no talk of a pay increase for anyone. More interested in trying to grow the business instead of looking after current staff. Fobbing us off with coffee and branded merch. No productive

I don’t know how much I getting paid for delivery until I get payslip. When compare with other companies their payments not worth. Has to go Central London, East London delivery worth £15-£20 gonna take gonna take 2-3 hours. Have to come back to West Drayton depo without any delivery.in the warehouse people working very very slowly, have to wait long time to collect deliveries.

Good people, not great management

The team who work at Rico are great however the management are not. They expect too much from their staff members and have a high turnover. You are expected to work in your own time to meet deadlines. IT support is not sufficient, always having network problems.
