Working Hours at Right at Home Solent

From what I know at this stage, they are perfect for me as I will be at college. Every other weekend and whatever I can fit during the week - so very flexible.

The hours that you work depend on your availability. If you can work more of the hours our clients need help (early mornings / evenings / weekends) you’ll get more hours!

Do you have to work weekends and nights

Hi! So not necessarily nights (if you have good morning availability), but some availability every other weekend is a requirement. We don't want to ever be sending a "B Team" at the weekend. Our clients build great relationships with our CareGivers, and thus we believe they should receive that same consistency of CareGivers at the weekend too.
