27 questions about working at Rightio
The senior leadership team are narrow minded and toxic
Answered 25 March 2017
Don’t lie to customers and staff, don’t treat people like idiots, have a proper HR process if you have a grievance, have a shorter working week, have staff training and learning opportunities, have staff incentives, A clean working environment that doesn’t have non PAT tested cables daisychained around the office, Decent managers, a grounding in reality and structure

No discounts! I would think a 50% discount would be a reasonable price and not a discounted one. You do get an incentive email randomly, managers would shout ''check your email''then you do and then in a condescending voice the manager would say why are you not on a call. The email would read £5 for 40 tasks to be completed in a hour and if you have earned the £5 you would be lucky to see that on your payslip. We also got incentives like 30 mins leave early depending on the nature of the business that day. You will have to nag for the 30mins early leave. Employee of the month includes managers favourites. Sometimes you get a candle or a mug is you win a random raffle that no one told you about and the winner would be announced while you are on a call to a customer.

How was the geographical test?
Asked 5 January 2020
It was fairly easy if you have ever looked at a map of the UK.

You get a phone interview first and then will be asked when are you'43 free to do the interview. But they never sent a confirmation email! So make sure you note down the date and time you have been given for your interview.Actual interview was pretty straightforward. Make sure you arrive 10 minutes before and you need to go to third floor because thats where Rightio is based. The interviewer had a booklet of questions and made notes of the answers you give. He asked about 8 questions including what you know about the company, skills you have, work experience etc. Really chilled environment quite informal too! They also ask if you have holidays, when you're available and will go through the shift patterns. They make note of that too. After the interview, you do a map test where you need to know where the cities are on the map. Then a Maths test and finally an English test where you need to spot grammatical errors including spelling mistakes. The whole process would last around 25 minutes. HR will then decide who gets the job and you should be contacted shortly.
