If you were to leave Rightio, what would be the reason?

8 answers

  • The senior leadership team are narrow minded and toxic

  • Management don’t know how to treat people

  • Senior Management, namely the operations director, he is rude and struts around like an angry headmaster. He doesn’t respect anyone younger than him and is quite open about that

  • Management - I can see I'm not the only one who thinks the same.
Management turnover is high, during my employment I worked with four different team leaders.

  • The management.
If you want to report a colleague you can't because they're best friends with the manager so of course they're going to be on their side.

Plus the company will go bust sooner or later so its better to leave rather than become redundant.

  • Main reason would be managers, can't believe, they have survived so long under the radar. Sales floor is a mess. Manager needs to change her approach in running the sales part of the business as it is one the most important parts of the company. As it is the first contact for customers.

  • Terrible to work for

  • Not enough pay for the work/stress level of the logistics roll - it's the same pay as the sales team(which i worked on for a few weeks) and the work load is vastly different and harder in the logistics roll.

The management is also sporadic and everyday there's a change or one manager says one thing and the next says another. unclear and disheartening,
