Great place to work

Rise Technical is a great place to work because you are really valued no matter what your role is within the company. They provide excellent training to get you where you want to grow within the company - whether that to be to progress to management or to become a principal consultant and eventually directorship. They've got a really good company culture where likeminded people are happy to help and everyone feels part of a team.

Best choice I ever made!

As someone who has never worked in recruitment before I am so happy that I joined Rise. The support from everyone in my team and higher level management is really great and I feel so valued and part of the team. Rise is a great company to work for and success is very well rewarded. Great place to work

Only been at Rise for less than a year, but I have learnt so much already and have been really taken care of by everyone there. There are many opportunities to build a career for the long term, especially as the company continues to expand. They provide great training and development structures for their staff with regular meetings / reviews for everyone to have their own input. They also have a great commission structure to help boost your earning potential. Unlike many businesses, the directors are very much involved with the company and all of its staff, constantly showing their face to encourage people and listen to any concerns they may have. Although it is very much a tough working environment with long hours etc., there is very much a work hard play hard culture. Everyone gets stuck in at all levels of the business both in and out of work, encouraging one another and supporting each others goals. As long as you want to be there, others will want you to be there too.
