Interview process is very basic. Customer Service questions and Role play amongst other candidates.
The questions that were asked at the interview included basic customer service knowledge, including some retail/sales terms such as up-selling and cross-selling knowledge and examples. I would just advise researching customer service techniques beforehand. Everything else was pretty basic, such as a regular conversation.
Have knowledge of key fashion retail terms and knowledge of the company.
