  • The manager was very unprepared. the interviews were rushed due to having so many turn up. he would be doing jobs in-between interviewing people and you would wait 2 hours to be interviewed when there was only 5 people in front.

  • Group interview involving roleplay with props, showing what is good and bad customer service, I found out the same day that I was unsuccessful as induction was going to start the following day..

  • Group interview with people who applied and the store manager you get asked to pick an outfit pretty easy just be relaxed and confident

  • Casual, relaxed, simple

  • First they ask you why you applied for the job and your extensive knowledge of the company, followed by if you have any idea of the role you will be doing in the company, they also ask you personal stuff such as hobbies ambitions future goals and aspirations and then lastly they will ask you where you see yourself in their company in x amount of years I personally like the ending of their interview process the suspense when they tell you they will be in contact if you are successful.

  • Group interviews where you are set scenarios on what you would have to do on a day to day basis. Very chilled and laid back so no need to worry about getting interrogated.

  • Fair, group and individual interviews for management. swot analysis is a must

  • Face to face
