Supportive and friendly workplace

I had 3 interviews with them starting from 4th April and I got my offer letter on 14th of the same month. One thing you can count on with RJS Resourcing is that they will support you from the beginning to the end. This is my personal experience working with RJS. The team is so friendly and you can ask them any question without fear of condemnation. I mean you get superb support.

Waste Admin Manager (Current Employee) - Remote - 15 July 2021

I have never worked for an agency before but saw an admin job advertised and applied - not knowing it was an agency at first. Have been with them for a few months now. The first assignment finished and I contacted a really nice lady Jemma, and asked if there was anything else she thought may suit me and she found something immediately, similar to the previous one. I am still there and have to say it is one of the best jobs I have had and they are already talking about extending past the date I'm due to end. I love working for this agency. I am surprised at how good the pay is - and you get holiday money on top. Wages always on time and you never have to follow up as its always correct. You just fill out your time sheet on the Friday or Monday and your wages are there the following week. Would definitely recommend them. Cannot speak highly enough of this agency. A really professional outfit.

I have worked for RJS Resourcing for 6 months now and so glad I went back to agency! Management are a great support and always there for you. Excellent rates of pay + mileage. Flexible working hours/days. Haven’t been short of work since I started. Can’t say that I have fully enjoyed working anywhere else than for rjs resourcing, I LOVE working for them!

Effective working relationship

They have always been very polite and supportive, and there is a welcome human touch to their communications. Having returned to agency work about 6 mths ago to give me more flexibility and free time compared to my 9-5 job I have not been disappointed. There hasn't been a shortage of work for me so far, sometimes the demand has been more than I have been able to commit to. The management are very supportive and are always there on the end of the fone or email, communication is a biggy for me and its been second to none. I would highly recommend RJS as an agency for any temp worker.
