busy workplace
they give you enough shifts at any nursery but the pay was very low. the staff are good are good at responding to you quickly and finding you shifts. however some places you go aren’t the best

Long hours, pay isn’t great but their are rewarding aspects
Interviewer was lovely, The consultants themselves seem to be a nice group of people however if you aren’t for any reason able to work due to other obligations or sickness , you almost made to feel guilty, when you shouldn’t if the reasons are genuine. Management issues
Difficult to work for. Management will continually ignore messages and only pick and choose what they respond too. It's a shame because the Nurseries are lovely to work with but it is not worth the constant battle of lacking/mixed communication and passive aggressive text messages.
