Volunteer role as crew. Excellent group of volunteers. Management are approachable and fair, crew welfare is paramount & also health & safety. Although role is unpaid as a volunteer- all out of pocket expenses are always reimbursed

found a group of people that are dedicated to a cause of saving lifes at sea the boats are the some of the best in the world ad can deliver under any circumstances

a charity with a worth while cause that saves life's at sea. I am honoured and privileged to have been on the crew on Hayling island. very proud of the volunteers who give up there time to save life's at sea.

The Golden days

Padstow Lifeboat Crew (Current Employee) - Padstow - 7 December 2017

I worked as Beach Lifeguard in Cornwall. Amazing job, amazing people, amazing training. I'm still involved with the RNLI as vounteer lifeboat crew. The institution provides world class training in it's staff and good equipment.

Saving lives at sea,good training at pool always had the best equipment to hand good training sessions every week always looking to get the best out of its crew
