    Review the hiring procedure for management.

    Stop harrassing employees when they are "not at work".

  • They stop there yellow card red card there not on the football field,who wants too work for a company that has a high turnover of there employes that are not happy ,many with depression getting through there day on happy pills,who wants too work with a company like this.

  • Don't make threats to hard working employees who have bent over backwards for the company. Give employees the chance to progress and better themselves.
