Busy and quiet at the same time.
Worked here for 5 years, my first job in the motor industry, compared to other places I have worked since, it isnt too bad. Managers have there favs, days can be long and boring when quiet. Expect lots of prospecting and moany staff members.

Seems like a good company to work for but the reality is very different
It seems like an amazing company to work for and your constantly told it is. If your face fits then your fine, as management we would push out who we didn’t like, then you fall out of favour and then that’s it they will look for a reason to get you out the door. Head office management is a joke you constantly get asked to do stupid things then they point the finger at you! Simply put if they weren’t owned by the Manufacture as they would of been out of business a long time ago. You can tell all Senior management are long term employees as the ideas are so stale and they are unwilling to listen to new ideas. If you want a comfortable job with good benefits but a miserable working environment they apply.
Sales Executive in Birmingham
Frustrating, exhausting and sole destroying
Worked for Robins and Day as a Sales Advisor. For such s big company who is manufacturer owned they haven't got a clue. Absolutely no structure or organisation. They bang the drum about customer service but you get zero support with delivering it (After lockdown they advertised free home delivery of your new car then made the drivers redundant LOL !!!) It's so pathetic it's almost funny. You have to spend hours doing absolutely pointless online training which is completely irrelevant to the job you actually do. You're left to deal with problem customers yourself on top of all the other rubbish you have to deal with. I would rather be on the dole than work for such a useless bunch of incompetent idiots.
Customer Advisor in London, Greater London
Robins and day is a good place to work. I would recommend them as a starting place and if you are not going to be staying there long. The most enjoyable thing there are some of your work colleagues and customers. Management is hostile when getting called out. I have learnt a great deal but it got to the point i couldn't handle it no more and management blamed and shouted at me.
Service Advisor in Edgware, Greater London
Service Advisor role
A fast paced car dealership over 3 manufacturers: Peugeot, Citroen and DS. Based on delivering an exceptional customer service experience. The most enjoyable part of the job for me was the interaction with all my customers. The hardest part of the job was continually delivering an exceptional customer service experience.
