Lack of care for employees

Worked here for a couple years, lack of support throughout the outsourcing process. Lack of professionalism within managers and favouritism. Wouldn’t work here again, lead to a lot of mental health issues

Dull, repetitive and clicky

Nurtures their own, and don’t like outsiders joining. If someone with less than half your experience and knowledge has been there since an apprentice then they will be favoured for leadership positions. Very clicky, look out for one’s self/backstabby attitudes and most of the work is either full on or dull. Rarely ever do the job your title suggests you do.

Unable to gain experience in your advertised field so unable to find jobs that pay similar, Jack of all trades seems to be preferred rather than experts, Ex apprentices are prioritised over external more well rounded hires.

Good place to work

Company offers a good work/life balance and personal/health benefits. Salaries v expectations and work hours is good. Staff are intelligent and friendly, creating a good working environment. Overall a great place to work.

Good money if you like sitting around

Good place to work if you can fit in (very clicky) plus if you don't mind sitting around for most of your shifts. Very repetitive & i believe half the work force don't like the place but unable to leave due to wages being so high. Shifts are very hard to adjust too being a different shift every week! Unfortunately wasn't for me.
