If your face fits you’re good to go. Otherwise don’t bother.Weird nepotism and certainly not diverse.Staffing levels are hard to deal with and there is aggressive cost cutting which isn’t good for morale.

Horrible Management

Management/HR care more about numbers and goals rather than their people. I suffered with stress and anxiety due to my treatment by colleagues at this job and I was punished by the company when I hit my breaking point and was forced to take sick leave. Rather than give me support I got a warning.

Company is overall good to work

The company is good to work for everyday is a learning day. My colleagues are very supportive and I feel I am encouraged at work to achieve what I want. The pay could be better but overall is decent what I am being paid, my manager is quite flexible with my needs and is very understanding when it comes to needing time off short notice

Amazing training and development opportunities

I have moved from a trainee into a Head Office role in such a quick time! The training opportunities are amazing!!! I had never worked in pharmacy but have been through NVQ2 training and then NVQ3 and now ACT training. I’ve also done leadership training and sign language training.
