Exciting and modern . A secure job full of adventure .
It needs investment from the government
Increasingly becoming worse from lack of funding which is turns effects the pay and pension side of the job, the future i think is not good. More people are leaving than joining, what does that say?
The RAF will always be the same it just needs something to give the members an incentive at the moment.
