    A more robust basic training.

    Increase the pass mark level.

    Ensure the appropriate quality of life i.e. accommodation, suitable working environment, social life on unit.

  • I left because i couldnt attend while at collage

  • Focus more on individuals

  • Make sure promotion is guaranteed if your doing the job correctly no buttering up to higher ranks to get promoted
