Rewarding yet stressful workplace
A few colleagues had an autocratic and intimidating communication style. Very fast-paced, but rewarding job satisfaction. Very limited opportunities for training and development Poor physical conditions, health and safety were not what it might have been.

Facilities & Estates sold to NHS Property Services Ltd.
Hundreds of employees lost their safe Berkshire NHS Contract after Facilities & Estates was being sold to NHS Property Services Ltd. They called it "money saving". Since then our life got miserable. New management overwork us and the stress is unbearable. Pushing us over the limit.This was a nice place to work before NHSPS.

Good place to work
It is a nice place to work, everyone is very supportive, for the past couple of month they approved NHSP for theatres which makes a difference to your income and there are a lot of shifts to be covered. You are supported to develop and grow, the team in it's main majority is a hardworker one;

Horrendous place to work
Where do I start, managers who don’t care about staff, in-house bullying, if you report it it is brushed under the carpet, theft is rife, if your face fits you get on well if it dosent you will be bullied out, middle and upper management not interested in you, The bullying culture is still here alive and well sadly. It’s jobs for mates and little progression even though it has been promised to you. Management not interested in keeping or even attempting to keep the good hard working loyal staff instead they keep and reward the bullies, I loved the people in my team, but the political environment and the rest of the office is dreadful and toxic. They claim to be a flexible working company but this is just not true especially for single parents

Educative and informative
It's a wonderful Trust to work with. Staff are amazing with a good team spirit. Managers are fair in dealing with issues and problems.There are trust sponsored educations and trainings.
