International village. The staff, lecturers and students from all over the world. Sharing an interest. Just magic. Commuting for me, from NW to SW. Crossing London centre.
No free or subsidised meals
The hours were good. From 8am - 4pm
A unique, inspiring and exceptional place to work. Every day was enjoyable and challenging and exceptionally interesting. Very busy environment with lots of elements to the job. A wonderfully creative place to work with a wonderful team of art and design professionals.
Not enough parking.
Great relationship with staff and students. Forming relationships with different nationalities. Well managed. Fun workplace culture. Hardest part of the job was leaving. Most enjoyable part of the job was meeting new people and forming friendships to last a lifetime.
Time management, friendliness, helpful.
Too many students not enough staff.
Royal College of Art is already known as the best art universities in the world. Despite that, it has a very interesting and fun environment and the students were very productive. I have gained so many experiences and really glad to have the chance of working there.
I learned a lot here and engaged in many projects. Many talented and amazing people, but sadly the facilities are not big enough anymore to house them all
Great place to work but quite slow to invent any changes. People are friendly but not all of them take real care about the College, especially those on a PT job.
Great people and environment.
Limited knowledge of some staff, research environment doesn't exist
maintenance, electrical installations, show builds, work with students
