Employed as a senior experienced nurse, all of my suggestions for improvement or change were ignored. Do not allow you to progress to higher bands unless your prepared to work full time

Great place to work with amazing, kind colleagues, however times are changing and wages and work life balance are being left behind. Very interesting and varied job that keeps you learning and in your toes.

I absolutely loved working here, unfortunately the management wasn’t great and I felt let down many times. The wards was left unsafe and I was left alone many times without support

If you have your feet under the table and have been there a while then your all set to boss the newbies around whilst you do nothing. If your new then expect all the hardest, dirtiest, most stressful jobs whilst others take the easy tasks for themselves. Management let the longest running staff members create own rotas so they basically get to do what they want, when they want. They also don’t tra...
