I absolutely loved working here, unfortunately the management wasn’t great and I felt let down many times. The wards was left unsafe and I was left alone many times without support

Really rewarding job but healthcares are not appreciated enough. They are doing half the jobs the nurses should be with no thanks at all. Management are poor and not supportive during times of bereavement.
